Ordering Information

All of our products are made by hand in small batches. While we always strive for consistency, due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations can occur from one batch to another.

Products are made at the time of your order to ensure you receive the freshest product(s) available. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to ship once we receive it.

We will promptly contact you should any product in your order have to be backordered, or if the product becomes unavailable.

All returned checks will be subject to a $30 processing fee.

Local Pick-Up

twenty|nine & co. is an online boutique. However, our local customers can pick up their orders to avoid shipping charges. Please choose "Local Pick Up" when selecting your shipping rate during the ordering process. We will contact you by email or phone to arrange a time for pick-up.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect 6.25% sales tax on orders delivered to Illinois addresses.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Some of our products can melt during hot weather. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. twenty|nine & co. will not be responsible for replacing the product(s) should this happen. If this does occur, you can usually put the product in the refrigerator for a few minutes and it will firm up.

If a product is damaged during shipment or you receive an incorrect product, please email us at customerservice@29andco.com within 5 days of receiving your order. If deemed an appropriate return, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the product(s) along with replacement information. All damaged or incorrect products must be unused and unopened (protective wrap needs to be intact). We are unable to refund shipping fees.

We are firm believers in helping to save and protect our precious planet. The containers we use to package our products in can be recycled. Our shipping materials are either recycled from the materials we receive from suppliers when ordering ingredients, or made from recyclable materials. Please recycle these shipping materials along with the containers after you have finished using your twenty|nine & co. product(s).

We will never share, sell or trade any of your information without your consent. Any information you submit on our website is considered strictly confidential and private. We may from time-to-time send a newsletter or promotion by email or postal service, but our contact with you will stop there. However, even natural and mild products can cause a reaction for some people.

Some of our products contain milk powders and nut products. Additionally, we use the same equipment for manufacturing different products. Although our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between batches, products may have been made using the same equipment as a product containing milk or nut ingredients. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients we use, please do not use our products. All of our ingredients are disclosed on our website and on the ingredient labels.

Due to the natural composition of our products, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of purchase. Some of our bath products contain oils that can cause surfaces to become slippery. Please use caution in the shower or tub. Do not allow water to enter the containers as our products do not contain strong preservative systems.

When using any new skincare product, always perform a small patch test on the inside of your arm to ensure compatibility. Never use on broken or irritated skin. Avoid getting products in or near the eyes. Keep products out of the reach of children and pets. If a particular product is intended for children, please supervise them while using the product. Consult your physician if you are pregnant, lactating, or have other health conditions or concerns. Should you experience any irritation after using our products, discontinue use immediately and consult your physician.
